METHOD

Prepare Filter – Fold and rinse the paper filter with hot water to remove papery taste and preheat your dripper.

Add Coffee – Place 15 g of ground coffee and gently shake to level.

Bloom (0:00–0:30) – Pour 45 g of water in slow circles; let sit 30 seconds.

Second Pour (0:30–1:00) – Continue pouring to reach 100 g total.

Third Pour (1:00–1:30) – Pour up to 150 g total.

Final Pour (1:30–2:00) – Finish pouring up to 250 g total.

Drawdown (3:00–3:30) – Let it finish dripping naturally.

Serve – Swirl gently, then enjoy immediately.
