  • 15 g coffee (medium grind, texture of caster sugar)

  • 250 ml filtered water

  • Hario V60 dripper

  • Paper filter

  • Kettle

  • Scale and timer

  • Server

METHOD

 

 

  1. Prepare Filter – Fold and rinse the paper filter with hot water to remove papery taste and preheat your dripper.

  2. Add Coffee – Place 15 g of ground coffee and gently shake to level.

  3. Bloom (0:00–0:30) – Pour 45 g of water in slow circles; let sit 30 seconds.

  4. Second Pour (0:30–1:00) – Continue pouring to reach 100 g total.

  5. Third Pour (1:00–1:30) – Pour up to 150 g total.

  6. Final Pour (1:30–2:00) – Finish pouring up to 250 g total.

  7. Drawdown (3:00–3:30) – Let it finish dripping naturally.

  8. Serve – Swirl gently, then enjoy immediately.
