INGREDIENTS

 

 

  • 14.1 g coffee (60 % coarse / 40 % fine grind)

  • 240 ml filtered water (≈ 75 ppm)

  • SOLO Dripper – Terra Natura

  • Nonwoven filter

  • Kettle

  • Scale and timer

METHOD

 

 

  1. Grind & Prep – Combine 60 % coarse (≈ 800 µm) with 40 % fine (≈ 650 µm).

  2. Rinse Filter – Use hot water to preheat dripper and remove paper taste.

  3. Add Coffee – Place grounds, level the bed, and tare scale.

  4. Bloom (50 ml @ 80 °C) – Pour gently to saturate; wait 30 seconds.

  5. Sweetness (70 ml @ 93 °C) – Pour slowly in circles.

  6. Balance (60 ml @ 93 °C) – Continue steady pour.

  7. Body (60 ml @ 93 °C) – Finish to 240 ml total.

  8. Drawdown (~3 min 30 s) – Allow full extraction before serving.
