INGREDIENTS

80 g coffee (medium-fine grind)

1l filtered water
EQUIPMENT

A brewing pot or saucepan

Heat source

Airtight bottles

Strainer or sieve

METHOD

Prepare the brew – Add the coffee and water to the pot.

Heat – Place on stove and brew until the coffee rises to the top, let it rest for an hour before bottling.

Bottle – Remove from heat and carefully pour the coffee into airtight bottles.

Rest – Store at room temperature for several days to allow the flavor to develop.

Re-Brew – After resting, open the bottle and pour the coffee back into the pot, add 25 grams of coffee.

Heat Again – Brew once again until the coffee rises, increasing strength and body.

Finish – Serve it immediately, or return it to the bottles for further aging.

Drink immediately for a bold, mature cup.
Store again to continue developing intensity, reheating before serving.
Notes
Always bring the coffee to a full boil before rebottling.
Do not refrigerate.
