METHOD

Prepare Filter – Place paper filter in the Origami dripper and rinse well with hot water. Discard rinse water.

Add Coffee – Add 15 g of finely ground coffee and level the bed.

First Pour (0:00–0:30) – Pour 40 g of water evenly, allowing a 30-second bloom.

Second Pour (0:30–1:00) – Pour 130 g of water steadily, maintaining a smooth flow.

Final Pour (1:00–1:20) – Add remaining 100 g of water to reach 270 g total before 1:20.

Remove Dripper Early – Lift the dripper off even if some water remains — this prevents over-extraction.

Serve & Enjoy – Swirl lightly and serve immediately.
