235 g boiling water

METHOD

Preheat Water – Bring water to a boil to prevent over-extraction during brewing.

Fill Base Chamber – Add boiling water up to just below the safety valve (~235 g).

Insert Filter Basket – Place the basket securely in the chamber.

Add Coffee – Fill with 20 g of coffee, level evenly (do not tamp).

Assemble Pot – Attach the top half and secure tightly (careful, base will be hot).

Brew on Medium Heat – Place on the stove and leave the lid open to monitor.

Remove Early – Once coffee begins to sputter, remove from heat after ~10 seconds.

Serve Immediately – Pour gently and enjoy the rich, aromatic brew.
