INGREDIENTS

 

 

  • 20 g medium-fine ground coffee

  • 235 g boiling water

  • Moka pot

  • Kettle

METHOD

 

 

  1. Preheat Water – Bring water to a boil to prevent over-extraction during brewing.

  2. Fill Base Chamber – Add boiling water up to just below the safety valve (~235 g).

  3. Insert Filter Basket – Place the basket securely in the chamber.

  4. Add Coffee – Fill with 20 g of coffee, level evenly (do not tamp).

  5. Assemble Pot – Attach the top half and secure tightly (careful, base will be hot).

  6. Brew on Medium Heat – Place on the stove and leave the lid open to monitor.

  7. Remove Early – Once coffee begins to sputter, remove from heat after ~10 seconds.

  8. Serve Immediately – Pour gently and enjoy the rich, aromatic brew.
