METHOD

Prepare Bag – Tear open the top of the coffee bag and secure the side hangers on your cup.

Bloom (0:00–0:30) – Pour 30 ml of hot water evenly over the grounds to bloom for 30 seconds.

Main Pour (0:30–2:00) – Slowly pour in the remaining 150–170 ml of water in small, steady circles.

Drawdown (2:00–2:30) – Allow water to drip completely through the filter.

Remove Bag – Discard the bag and gently swirl the cup.
