METHOD

Assemble the Tower – Insert the bottom filter into the coffee chamber.

Add Coffee – Add 60 g of ground coffee. Level the bed evenly.

Place Top Filter – Add a top paper or mesh filter on the coffee bed to ensure even water dispersion.

Fill Water Chamber – Pour 500 ml of filtered water into the upper chamber.

Adjust Drip Rate – Set to 1 drip every 2–3 seconds.

Extract Slowly – Allow the coffee to drip through for about 6 hours.

Store – Once finished, refrigerate the concentrate. Keeps up to 2 weeks.

Serve – Dilute 1 part concentrate to 2 parts water or milk, served over ice.
