INGREDIENTS

 

 

  • 60 g medium-coarse ground coffee

  • 500 ml filtered water

 


 

EQUIPMENT

 

 

  • Cold drip tower or device (e.g., Hario, Bruer, or DripLab)

  • Filters (top and bottom paper/metal)

  • Scale and timer

  • Refrigerator

METHOD

 

 

  1. Assemble the Tower – Insert the bottom filter into the coffee chamber.

  2. Add Coffee – Add 60 g of ground coffee. Level the bed evenly.

  3. Place Top Filter – Add a top paper or mesh filter on the coffee bed to ensure even water dispersion.

  4. Fill Water Chamber – Pour 500 ml of filtered water into the upper chamber.

  5. Adjust Drip Rate – Set to 1 drip every 2–3 seconds.

  6. Extract Slowly – Allow the coffee to drip through for about 6 hours.

  7. Store – Once finished, refrigerate the concentrate. Keeps up to 2 weeks.

  8. Serve – Dilute 1 part concentrate to 2 parts water or milk, served over ice.
