INGREDIENTS

 

 

  • 100 g coarse-ground coffee

  • 500 ml filtered water

 


 

EQUIPMENT

 

 

  • Large jar or French press

  • Fine mesh or paper filter

  • Scale

  • Spoon or stirrer

METHOD

 

 

  1. Combine Coffee & Water – Add 100 g of coffee and 500 ml of filtered water into a jar or French press.

  2. Stir Gently – Mix to ensure all grounds are saturated.

  3. Steep (14–18 hrs) – Cover and let sit at room temperature for 14 to 18 hours.

  4. Filter – Strain through a fine mesh or paper filter into a clean bottle.

  5. Store – Refrigerate for up to two weeks.

  6. Serve – Dilute 1 part concentrate to 2–3 parts water, milk, or tonic, depending on preference.
