60 g coarse-ground coffee

480 ml filtered water

Cold brew bottle or jar with lid

Fine mesh or paper filter

METHOD

Combine Coffee & Water – In a clean jar, add 60 g of coffee and 480 ml of filtered water.

Stir to Saturate – Gently stir to ensure all grounds are wet.

Steep (12–16 hrs) – Cover and steep at room temperature for 12 to 16 hours.

Filter – Pour through a fine mesh or paper filter into a clean vessel.

Store & Chill – Keep in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Serve – Dilute 1 part concentrate to 2 parts water or milk, over ice.
