INGREDIENTS

 

 

  • 60 g coarse-ground coffee

  • 480 ml filtered water

 


 

EQUIPMENT

 

 

  • Cold brew bottle or jar with lid

  • Fine mesh or paper filter

  • Scale

  • Spoon or stirrer

METHOD

 

 

  1. Combine Coffee & Water – In a clean jar, add 60 g of coffee and 480 ml of filtered water.

  2. Stir to Saturate – Gently stir to ensure all grounds are wet.

  3. Steep (12–16 hrs) – Cover and steep at room temperature for 12 to 16 hours.

  4. Filter – Pour through a fine mesh or paper filter into a clean vessel.

  5. Store & Chill – Keep in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

  6. Serve – Dilute 1 part concentrate to 2 parts water or milk, over ice.
