  • 360 ml hot water

METHOD

 

 

  1. Rinse Filter – Thoroughly rinse the Cerapotta filter with hot water to preheat and remove impurities.

  2. Add Coffee – Use 30 g of medium-coarse ground coffee; level the bed gently.

  3. Bloom (0:00–0:30) – Pour just enough water to wet all grounds evenly and wait 30 seconds.

  4. Light Brew Option – Pour slowly around the edges in a quick, circular motion for a bright, refreshing flavor.

  5. Deep Brew Option – Fill to the fourth line of the filter and pour in five steady circles for a rich, full-bodied taste.

  6. Total Volume: 360 ml — allow full drawdown (~3 min).

  7. Serve & Enjoy – Pour immediately and enjoy the clean, smooth texture.
