INGREDIENTS

 

 

  • 15 g medium-fine ground coffee

  • 200 ml hot water

  • Paper or metal filter

  • Stirrer

  • Scale and timer

  • Mug

METHOD

 

 

  1. Prepare the AeroPress – Place the filter in the cap and rinse with hot water to remove paper flavor. Assemble the brewer in the inverted position.

  2. Add Coffee – Add 15 g of coffee to the chamber.

  3. Add Water (0:00–0:10) – Pour 200 ml of hot water (85–90 °C) and start the timer.

  4. Stir & Steep (0:10–1:30) – Stir gently for 10 seconds, then let steep until 1:30.

  5. Flip & Press (1:30–2:00) – Attach the cap, flip the AeroPress onto your cup, and press slowly for 20–30 seconds.

  6. Stop Pressing once you hear a gentle hissing sound.

  7. Serve & Enjoy – Swirl gently and drink as is, or dilute with hot water for a longer cup.
