METHOD

Prepare the AeroPress – Place the filter in the cap and rinse with hot water to remove paper flavor. Assemble the brewer in the inverted position.

Add Coffee – Add 15 g of coffee to the chamber.

Add Water (0:00–0:10) – Pour 200 ml of hot water (85–90 °C) and start the timer.

Stir & Steep (0:10–1:30) – Stir gently for 10 seconds, then let steep until 1:30.

Flip & Press (1:30–2:00) – Attach the cap, flip the AeroPress onto your cup, and press slowly for 20–30 seconds.

Stop Pressing once you hear a gentle hissing sound.

Serve & Enjoy – Swirl gently and drink as is, or dilute with hot water for a longer cup.
